I had an amazing stay at this newly opened hotel in Palolem. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower with complimentary toiletries. The hotel had just installed WiFi, and once it was up and running, the connection was very good. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, good WiFi, and convenient location.

I recently stayed at Palolem Inn for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect - quiet and safe, yet with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Not to mention, the beautiful Palolem Beach was just a short walk away! The hotel itself was brand new, so everything was clean and modern. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging transportation and even providing me with a charger adapter when I forgot mine. The included breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom amenities were great. a fantastic stay!

The WiFi was down for the first two days and the laundry service was not up to standard. The night receptionist was rude when we asked for tea bags and the service in general was not great.

Located just a short walk to the beach, this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean, spacious, and come with a cozy bed and hot/cold water in the showers. The A/C and fan work perfectly, ensuring you stay cool in the heat of India. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant is fresh, delicious, and professionally made. The staff is extremely nice, greeting you with a smile and happy to help with anything you need.

The towels could use more softener, making them quite hard to use.
